Prescriptions

A Student Health Nurse is available to assist with prescription refills if you have been seen by one of our providers in the last year regarding the prescription. If you do not meet these requirements and need a referral, please call (773) 702-4156 to make an appointment.

NOTE: There is a 24-48 hour turnaround time for prescription refills. Please plan accordingly when you are running low on your medication.
